Wine's Vision
A sophisticated multi-layered assemblage that explores the organic geometry and physical structure of the vineyard. Encased in a solid wood frame, the work replaces the traditional canvas with a structural 'warp and weft' weave of genuine leather strips, providing a textured, resilient base for the composition.
The central motif is defined by hand-carved solid wood vine branches, finished with oil paint to accentuate their natural grain. Integrated seamlessly into the vine are clustered spherical glass 'grapes', adding another layer of dimensional translucency.
